Position Summary
We are seeking an LPN to support our Inpatient Rehab/Swing Bed program within our Med/Surg department. While this is an Inpatient Rehab position, it is not a traditional inpatient rehabilitation unit with intensive therapy requirements. This position functions within a Med/Surg setting and primarily supports Swing Bed patients who may need continued nursing care, therapy support, strength-building, long-term antibiotic treatment, nutritional support, or additional recovery time before safely returning home.
This is a great opportunity for a nurse who enjoys building relationships with patients, supporting recovery and progression, and working in a mixed-acuity hospital setting.
