Education
Minimum: Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
Licensure/Certifications
Required:


+ Current New York State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.

+ Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through RQI; must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Experience
Preferred:


+ Previous physician office experience.
