    Protocol Education are looking to recruit a learning support assistant/teaching assistant to join an Outstanding Special Needs school in Witham.

    The students that attend the school have a variety of special needs, including Autism, severe, complex and phyiscal disabilities. Therefore, personal care is required as part of this role. Many of the students are non-verbal, so strong communication is also important. A strong desire to assist in this area is required, but no experience is necessary!

    All staff work to inspire, motivate, challenge and support each pupil, no matter what their individual needs may be....
