Responsibilities - Partner business units to forecast workforce requirements in alignment with organisational priorities, leveraging workforce analytics and manpower planning models.
- Analyse workforce demand, supply, capacity and capability trends to identify gaps and recommend interventions to address current and future manpower needs.
