You will be part of the Agile & Low-code Product Technical team, driving LTA’s shift toward a Product‑Led organization. You will lead the next frontier of product development using low‑code platforms, and AI‑enabled capabilities. This role is designed for a forward‑thinking technical lead who views Low‑Code as the “skeleton” and AI as the “brain” of modern software. You will not only build functional products but also integrate Generative AI and Agentic AI to create product features that can reason, plan, and execute complex tasks independently while adhering to AI safety & security requirements. You will be the architect of “human‑in‑the‑loop” AI solutions that redefine how our organization operates. AI solutions will be encompassing product development, product management/operations and business use cases.
