Collect and analyse operational and service data to identify trends and perform predictive analysis (Data Mart based)Support Vendor/Subcontractor payment verification, documentation control, and internal approval processesTechnical documents organisationSupport the service team’s field maintenanceUtilise spreadsheets and internal systems to manage data and prepare reportsPrepare draft versions of monthly reports and performance of SOFCSupport internal meetings and communications with customers, including preparing presentation materials and drafting meeting reportSkills and Experience:
