For our state-of-the art 600+ person Lubbock, TX cheese and whey manufacturing facility, Leprino is seeking a L1 Cheese Sanitation Team Member (nights).


Summary Description:

This position performs a variety of duties. The Cheese Sanitation Team Member II will perform dry and wet cleaning tasks in all production work areas and be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the facility in alignment with GMPs.

All other duties as assigned.

+ Clean/Sanitize all drains in Milk Receiving, Chemical Bulk, Starter Rooms, Standardization Room, Mega CIP room, VAT Rooms, Lena Room, GRD Room, Ingredient Staging area (in front of HAF/Salt),

+ Issue Chemical Carts to each room (includes refilling chemicals)
