Luxury Retail Supervisor (Fashion/ Retail/ Central Area)
Location: Central Area
Working Hours: 5 Days work week (including 1 Weekends off)
Salary: Base salary + Commission (Gross up to $6,000 with Commissions) + AWS
Responsibilities - Drive sales performance and deliver exceptional luxury customer service.
- Supervise daily store operations, including merchandising and inventory control.
- Lead, motivate, and support the retail team to achieve targets.
- Train and coach staff on product knowledge and selling skills.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare basic reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.
