Ecommerce Customer Support Executive (Fashion Retail)

Location: Dubai, UAE
Industry: Fashion Retail / Ecommerce

Key Requirements

  • 24 years of Ecommerce Customer Support experience in Fashion Retail
  • Fluent in Arabic & English (Mandatory)
  • Experience handling D2C ecommerce websites and online customer support
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Magento, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Ziwo or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of order management, returns, refunds and last-mile delivery processes
  • Experience supporting GCC customers is preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and WhatsApp
  • Handle order tracking, delivery issues, returns, exchanges and refunds
