Reporting to The Galleria Boutique Director, you will manage a team of WFJ Sales Assistants and the WFJ activities of the boutique.
Highly present on the floor, you will follow the team to support them daily in their role as a true ambassador guaranteeing the CHANEL Brand image and ensuring the deployment of the Chanel strategy in the boutique. Combining solid leadership, team spirit and a strong results orientation and business acumen, you will develop the individual’s potential, excellence of the customer experience of the team and you will pave the way for success of the WFJ boutique on quantitative and qualitative levers. Enthusiastic, pro-active and attentive, you will work closely with the Boutique Director and the Fashion Management to amplify the client’s journey by offering the full boutique experience and thus promote collaboration and the successful achievement of results.
