• Assisting guests with their check‑in (via mobile app or kiosk) and mobile key activation
• Encouraging members to download the hotel app to explore and interact with the hotel community
• Exploring the various functions of the app with residents such as mobile key, messaging hotel guards, making ancillary purchases
