Education and Qualifications

Essential criteria

Professional degree level qualification, such as RN, HCPC

Qualification in Complex Decongestive Therapy to include Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Previous experience in treating advanced and complex Lymphoedema.

Evidence of attending an Advanced Communication course or willingness to undertake.

Evidence of having attained level 2 Psychological Skills training or willingness to undertake

Desirable criteria

Portfolio of career long learning

Evidence of continuing updated knowledge in the management of Lymphoedema e.g., attendance of the British Lymphology Society Annual Conference.
