A leading building services contractor is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (M&E) to take commercial responsibility for major mechanical and electrical projects across Birmingham. 🔑 Key Responsibilities

Cost Management - Lead cost planning, forecasting, and financial control across multiple M&E packages.

Contract Administration - Manage NEC/JCT contracts, variations, change control, and claims.

Procurement & Subcontract Management - Oversee procurement, negotiate subcontract packages, and manage supply chain performance.

Commercial Reporting - Produce accurate CVRs, valuations, and monthly commercial reports.
