Responsibilities

+ Maintain detailed inventory of hardware and software used at private practices.

+ Support simultaneous projects at various hospital sites, addressing Mac software, application, and hardware issues, and providing upgrades and MDM support.

+ Assist computer users with the installation of basic hardware/software and networking components to meet personal computer needs.

+ Image workstations accurately and validate application functionality.

+ Deploy workstation setups and ensure excellent cable management.

+ Assist or lead site deployments for end-user hardware rollouts.
