**Job Description:**

Summary:

The filling and Gas House Operator position is primarily responsible for the cleanliness, operation, and maintenance of all gashouses and filling machine tools and equipment. The gas house/filling operator will adhere to all safety rules and regulations pertaining to the gas house and will report all issues concerning safety to the Safety and Maintenance Manager.

**Essential Duties:**

+ Set up, operate, monitor, and control intermediate high-speed filling and packaging machines.
+ Set up and operate the gas house while adhering to all safety rules and regulations pertaining to the gas house, and report all issues.
+ Concerning safety to the Safety Manager.
+ Identify product quality defects caused in the gas house and filling room, and initiate corrective action.
+ Perform inspections on changed parts to ensure they are operational, clean, and burr-free
