Responsibilities

• Perform duties and responsibilities on Extrusion machine as assigned by the Plant supervisor or Production Incharge.
• Machine Setup: Take lead in setting up machines before production runs including loading materials, adjusting settings and ensuring proper tooling is in place.
• Machine Operation: Operate machinery according to established procedures, guidelines and safety protocols. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments in consultation with Plant Supervisor / Production Incharge.
• Quality Control: supervise inspection of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Report any defects or issues to Production Incharge / QC immediately.
• Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance tasks such as lubricating and replacing worn parts. Troubleshooting and minor repairs when needed.

Qualifications

3 5 years experience preferably in factory set up
