Machine Operator – 3rd Shift
Hours are 10:30pm – 7:00am, Sunday evening thru Friday morning.
Responsible for operating machinery in a safe and efficient manner to produce a part that meets or exceeds customer expectations. Employee may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
Essential Responsibilities:
Read and understand work order/BOM or follow oral instructions to operate machinery and produce a part that meets all specifications.Load and unload material into frame of forming machine or trimming fixture.Push button or depress pedal to activate machines.Load and unload plastic parts into die cutter or CNC fixture for trimming.Observe machine operation to detect work piece defects or machine malfunctions.Remove burrs, sharp edges or scrap from finished piece using tools such as air hoses, band saws and trimmers.Inspect quality of fi...
