Shifts 2nd shift 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM 3rd shift 9:30 PM – 6:15 AM

• Prior experience running CNC Machines Preferred


• Follow Part Process Packet


• How to set part up for each operation, tools needed for each program, load workholding/fixtures as needed


• Setup Part-Indicate parts in straight, Set X,Y,Z,


• Touch Off Tools Observe Machines Regularly throughout shift-2-3 machines per operator


• Use Measuring Equipment to Check Parts-Micrometers, Calipers, Probe, Gauge Blocks/Pins, etc.


• Keep Work Area Clean-Sweep, organize, return tooling/bolts to crib


• Use Computer for Notes and Time Tracking-Proshop Stations & Paper Time Tickets Produce Conforming Parts-


• When parts are non-conforming fill out Red Tag


• Follow all company safety protocol
