Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the machinists’ day-to-day activity to achieve production schedules & targets.Attend Pre-process discussion, which includes the tools and fixtures to be used for the jobs.Assist in production planning; control raw materials and daily process maintenance work.Work towards improving the process flow and quality yield.Provide good leadership with clear work direction to the production team and align the team to achieve business objective.Conduct training & coaching of machinist become multi-task roles.Advise Production Manager in assessment of his subordinates.Ensure quality products and on-time delivery to achieve company KPI.Ensure high quality and safety standards on the shop floor.Conduct troubleshooting and suggest corrective actions.Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
