Job Description The Machinist sets up, operates, and maintains CNC mills and lathes to produce precision metal components for heavy industrial applications. This role interprets complex blueprints and GD&T specifications, adjusts machine parameters and tooling to meet tight tolerances, and performs in process inspections to ensure consistent part quality. The Machinist works with a variety of heavy industrial metals, troubleshoots machining issues on the floor, and performs basic G code edits at the machine. This position also supports continuous improvement initiatives and routine machine maintenance in a high volume manufacturing environment.
