BASIC FUNCTION
Under direct supervision of the Team Leader - Mail Center, this position is responsible for organization, pickup and delivery of mail and packages from designated locations within and outside the *** Company complex as well as coordination of incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Items below will be included; however, some may not be everyday activities.

Under direct supervision of the Mail Center Team Leader, this position will be the front-end customer service representative that will be responsible for the processing of outgoing courier packages. This position also requires excellent time management skills and must be a versatile team player that consistently provides outstanding customer service. This position will also be a regular delivery route driver on a rotating schedule.
