Key Responsibilities – Mainframe Modernization & AI Integration:
Provide deep technical expertise in mainframe systems and lead large-scale AI-assisted modernization initiatives.Collaborate with AI/ML teams to enhance intelligent agent capabilities for automated business rule extraction, code analysis, and transformation of legacy mainframe applications.Support end-to-end modernization lifecycle, including discovery, assessment, AI-driven code conversion, validation, and production cutover.Analyze and identify complex edge cases, legacy data formats, job scheduling dependencies, and embedded business logic specific to mainframe environments.Ensure accurate translation and transformation of mainframe logic into modern platforms while maintaining business integrity, data consistency, and regulatory compliance.Partner with cross-functional teams to define ...
