What You Will Do Oversee all aspects of plant maintenance, including planning and scheduling preventative maintenance tasks. Manage work orders and coordinate with external contractors to ensure equipment uptime. Maintain accurate maintenance records and keep equipment availability at 100%. Operate and update the computerized maintenance system (PRAGMA) and Oracle System. Introduce and enforce effective systems and controls to maximize efficiency, productivity, and security standards. Organize daily jobs, handling breakdowns, and provide guidance on call‑out issues. Conduct plant inspections, issue unplanned maintenance schedules, and issue job cards.
