Overview: We are seeking a confident and adaptable Maintenance Shift Engineer to join our fast-paced production environment. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of our site machinery through proactive maintenance and rapid response to breakdowns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and resolve machinery breakdowns during shift.
• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across site equipment.
• Work closely with the Shift Manager to assess and prioritise breakdowns to meet production targets.
• Operate as the sole engineer on shift, reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and issues encountered.
