We are recruiting for a manufacturing client based in Sheffield. The company is expanding its engineering team.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (Apprentice Trained).
• Experience as a Maintenance Engineer, Mechanical Maintenance Fitter, Maintenance Technician or Maintenance Fitter.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Repair of manufacturing machinery across the production setting.
• Installation / Project work.
• Basic welding and fabrication.
• Planned preventative maintenance.
• Work closely with production to identify machinery faults and rectify quickly.
• Identify machine reliability issues.
• Adhere to site health and safety procedure.

The role is Monday to Friday, 08:00‑4:30pm, 08:00‑12:00 on a Friday and offers a very generous holiday entitlement.
