The Opportunity 

Fountain Court Retirement Living is a vibrant retirement community in Burwood, known for its welcoming atmosphere and high‑quality service. As a Maintenance Gardener, you will be play an important role within the community, ensuring gardens, grounds and outdoor areas are safe, well maintained and visually appealing. You’ll take care of day‑to‑day gardening and grounds maintenance tasks while engaging positively with residents. This role is ideal for someone with strong gardening experience who is friendly, proactive, and enjoys a varied, hands‑on role.

This is a permanent part-time position working Thursday and Friday (7am-4pm)

Your Impact 

• Strong practical experience in gardening and grounds maintenance, including mowing, pruning, hedging, mulching and green waste management
• The ability to maintain safe, welcoming community spaces through consistent care and upkeep
