We have an outstanding Contract position for aMaintenance Helper to join a leading Company located in theWashington, DCsurrounding area.


Pay Rate: $20 to $30 per hour.


Job Responsibilities:

+ Support building maintenance and repair tasks: material handling, job site prep and cleanup, simple repairs, patching, painting, ceiling tile replacement, carpentry support, small project assistance, and building protection.

+ Assist with the use of basic hand tools and portable power tools as needed.

+ Collaborate with maintenance and skilled trades teams to deliver quality service and ensure safety standards.

+ Help organize supplies, prepare work areas, and perform basic troubleshooting for facility issues.



Basic Hiring Criteria:

+ Previous hands-on maintenance, construction, or related work is a plus but not required-willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are essential.
