The Role: - Take responsibility for all maintenance throughout The Resereve, this is a hands on role working alsongside the maintenance assistant
- Manage on site contractors ensuring health and safety compliance is adhered to
- Maintain guest Lodges and front of house areas to a high standard
- Assist with customer requests in an efficient and professional manner
- Liaise with all departments ensure effective communication and a posituive guest experience
- Manage cost within budgeted guidelines within the maintenance department
- Preparation and communication of property reports for hotel
- Take responsibility for Health & Safety within The Reserve
