The role ensures a safe, efficient , and comfortable environment for guests and staff by overseeing maintenance operations , leading the technical team , and implementing preventative and routine maintenance programmes. The manager will coordinate with internal departments , manage contractors, control budgets , and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
