Large Lodge based close to Bela Bela is looking for a Maintenance Manager.
 
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the overall upkeep, repair, and smooth functioning of all lodge facilities. The role ensures a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for guests and staff by overseeing maintenance operations, leading the technical team, and implementing preventative and routine maintenance programmes.
 
The manager will coordinate with internal departments, manage contractors, control budgets, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
