Maintenance Manager for the Royal Canin business unit, reporting to the plant's Technical Manager. Responsible for managing reliability and maintenance planning to maximize resource allocation, leading maintenance activities conducted by associates and contractors, and co‑leading the MSE MP pillar in alignment with the site master plan to improve maintenance performance.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Line manager of 13 maintenance technicians, 3 utilities operators, 1 planner, 1 stockman, and 1 intern.
• Lead major maintenance activities carried out by contractors, assuring assertive execution.
• Lead emergency interventions, ensuring proper preparation and communication with key stakeholders. First maintenance contact at the factory help chain.
• Utilities management and leadership of related SiG initiatives.
