The Maintenance Manager directs, controls, integrates, and manages the various functions and activities of the maintenance department for the effective operation and maintenance of plant facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Leads the entire maintenance department and translates plant-wide strategies into clear, actionable programs across all technical maintenance units.
- Sets key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize equipment availability and reliability while delivering on internal service level agreements (SLAs).
- Drives best-in-class maintenance standard operating procedures (SOPs), data-integrity systems, and an efficient work-order scheduling process.
