Our Maintenance Managers colleagues are an integral part of our exceptional properties. The role reports directly to the Business Excellence Manager and is part of a team based from our attractive hotel in Milton Keynes (MK16 0JA)
Maintenance Manager responsibilities will include:
Management of all maintenance requirement across the hotel, including infrastructure, repairs and renovations Conducting planned preventative maintenance and systematic testing of rooms and electrical equipment, including carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating Scheduling contractors for major repairs as required and coordinating work performed by outside vendors Conducting staff training on equipment and procedures Ensuring the safety and smooth operation of our hotels to guarantee an exceptional guest experience Responding to mainten...
