MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Packhouse

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Agriculture or related field (advantageous)
• Previous packhouse management experience (preferably in Avo’s)
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude; knowledge of processing & packaging essential
• Ability to manage and motivate a large workforce.
• Previous cold room experience
• Sound knowledge of export logistics.

Farm Maintenance

• Relevant Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous
• Min of 3 years previous experience in this field
• Computer literate
• Mechanically and maintenance orientated essential.
• Proven experience in maintaining the following.
  • General maintenance
  • Electrical
  • Servicing of tractors
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with and motivate a team.
