Job Description
Responsibilities - Manage the site-based Maintenance Team and Excellence Team
- Improve performance of the Automated Handling system and the Maintenance Team
- Performance communication internally and with customer
- Locating improvement opportunities and develop solutions
- Spare parts management and optimization
- CMMS and Tooling
- Continuous focus on Health and Safety
List of key activities - Manage maintenance teams and shift schedules
- Ensure optimal manpower & skills distribution
- Schedule and distribute activities
- Locate improvement opportunities, make improvement plan and execute / distribute improvement plan
- Rotates staff to ensure wider levels of competence and cover are developed
- Commits to and drives performance improvement
