About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Maintenance Manager to support the Engineering Manager in leading the site's engineering function and developing a high-performing team.

This role is key to transforming the site from a reactive repair culture to a proactive continuous improvement environment, improving equipment reliability, operational performance, and overall efficiency.

You will lead from the front, embedding best practices, strengthening technical capability, and ensuring full compliance across all engineering activities.
