Job Summary

The position will apply Lean Manufacturing and other continuous improvement initiatives to manage the physical infrastructure of the plant and its equipment. This includes the design, installation, operation, maintenance, modification, construction, safety, and protection of the physical facilities and equipment used to manufacture technologically sophisticated products.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities, not limited to:
+ Assess and prioritize--understands business and operation; assesses emergent needs alongside planned interventions and adjusts based on priority; uses data to make right decisions and can justify them as needed; even handed in prioritization and communication; manages expectations and negotiates where appropriate
