Vale of Glamorgan Council is seeking an experienced Maintenance Officer / Multi-Trade Operative to join their established maintenance team on a 6-month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson with a strong carpentry background to work on a programme of kitchen and bathroom refurbishments across the Vale of Glamorgan housing stock.

The Role

Working as part of an experienced team, you will be responsible for carrying out refurbishment works to occupied and void properties, helping to deliver high-quality kitchen and bathroom upgrades in line with the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS).
