Position: Maintenance Planner
Location: Cape Town, South Africa

Hire Resolve’s client, a leader in the field of precision mechanical manufacturing
with its origins in the field of the defense industry, is looking for a Maintenance Planner who will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance schedules, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring the timely completion of maintenance tasks. 

Responsibilities:
• Create detailed schedules for inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and replacements.
• Develop check sheets aligned with manuals and incorporate them into the PM system.
• Tailor maintenance intervals based on usage, recommendations, and historical data.
• Generate work orders based on SAP schedules.
• Incorporate predictive maintenance technologies for early issue detection.
• Establish and communicate maintenance standards and best practices.
