Cleveland-Cliff has an immediate opportunity for a Maintenance Planner at our Tilden site. This role is responsible for contributing to the maintenance team by overseeing and coordinating all aspects of mechanical maintenance planning and/or supervising in the indurating area of the Tilden pellet plant. Our ideal candidate will be accountable for safe work and operating practices, hard-working, self-driven, goal oriented and resilient.

Summary of Responsibilities:

+ Ensures that all department work is performed in a safe manner and that all work areas are maintained to meet all MSHA standards.

+ Generates a work plan including daily and weekly schedules.

+ Provides input into budgeting.

+ Ensures that the weekly maintenance plan is communicated and planned per MPS standards.

+ Responsible for the quality execution of work and reports and recommends solutions to deviations from the plan.
