Job Purpose
Ensuring the availability, reliability, and operational efficiency of production assets through managing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of equipment and systems used in manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Support preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance plan strategies implementation defined for the Maintenance Planning department.
Ensure traceability and compliance with work orders.
Support operational teams with the generation/updating of preventive maintenance routines.
Actively participate in continuous improvement projects related to reliability, energy efficiency and maintenance cost reduction.
Generate weekly/monthly reports of maintenance indicators.
Manage the weekly generation of A3 Problem Solving because of the Top Offender analysis in the areas of Starters and Alternators corresponding to the Maintenance Indicators.
