We are currently seeking a licensed Commercial/Industrial Plumber for facility maintenance at a government contract site in Charlotte, NC. Perform installation, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plumbing systems in commercial/institutional buildings.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain potable water, DWV, fixtures, valves, pumps, backflow preventers, and related systems.


• Diagnose and fix leaks, clogs, pressure issues, and equipment failures.


• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability.


• Read blueprints and comply with NC plumbing codes and safety standards.


• Respond to emergency calls (may include on-call rotation).


• Maintain work records and collaborate with other trades.
