Responsibilities
Monitor equipment performance through data analysis, identify recurring failures and potential reliability issuesPrepare preventive maintenance plans that are aligned with maintenance goalsImplementing corrective actions to address identified reliability problemsConducting root cause analysis to prevent future equipment failuresEstablishes overall maintenance goals and general actions plans to achieve goals within budgetEvaluate job priorities, plans and organize maintenance work.Responsible for maintenance programs such as lubrication, predictive analysis, basic careResponsible for Shutdown preparation and execution of maintenance
