Job Description

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for our marina property, The Freshwater Marina, and our manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Facility and Grounds Maintenance: Ensure the marina, dryland storage, and surrounding common areas are clean, safe, and well‑maintained. Perform routine inspections, carry out minor repairs, and coordinate with contractors for larger maintenance tasks in alignment with the approved maintenance plan and budget.
• Compliance and Safety Oversight: Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations. Address hazards promptly, manage spill response, and ensure the facility is secured through daily opening and closing procedures.
