About the Role

We are seeking an experienced hands-on Maintenance Leading Hand / Supervisor to join our Engineering team at our Larapinta site.

We’re looking for someone who leads from the front, supports the team day-to-day, and is prepared to be on the tools when required. While some administrative work is involved, this is primarily a hands-on maintenance supervision role. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong fault-finding ability, and the ability to maintain high maintenance standards in a fast-paced operational environment.

You will play a key role in maintaining safe and reliable operations across our automated freight handling network, while supporting and guiding a small team of tradespeople.

This position is primarily based at Larapinta but also provides support to local sites across SE Queensland including Brisbane Airport, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, and Lismore. A company vehicle is provided for i...
