**Job Description**

The Maintenance Supervisor leads a small team of maintenance technicians in a food manufacturing environment, ensuring reliable operation of production equipment and supporting continuous, safe, and efficient plant operations.

**Responsibilities**

+ Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians across multiple shifts, including scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
+ Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment such as mixers, conveyors, packaging lines, refrigeration systems, and other food processing equipment.
+ Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime and maintain consistent production flow.
