Supervise daily maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of work orders, rapid response to production breakdowns, and compliance with safety and productivity standards

Schedule, assign, and monitor preventive maintenance for production machinery, support equipment, and spare parts inventory to minimize downtime and meet production schedules

Lead and mentor a maintenance team of 10–20 employees, fostering skill development and teamwork.
