Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $90,000.00 Annually




Job Purpose

Manage and coordinate activities of the Maintenance team for the repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment in manufacturing operations. Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of all areas of the facility.

Essential Functions

+ Directly oversee Maintenance team including staffing, training, performance standards, etc.

+ Oversee the day-to-day assignments of the second and third shift Maintenance team

+ Partner with the Maintenance Planner to develop scope and assign technicians to work orders and projects

+ Ensure weekly preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and work orders are completed satisfactorily

+ Monitor scheduled work and adjust as required to meet production schedules
