LHH is teaming up with an established property management firm in Palo Alto, CA in search of a Maintenance Supervisor to support maintenance operations and capital improvement projects across a portfolio of single-family and multifamily properties.

This is a high-priority, on-site leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day maintenance execution while also driving larger-scale capital projects. The organization manages a stable and growing property portfolio and is seeking someone who can step in with minimal direction and confidently lead both people and projects.
