**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Maintenance Supervisor TSDF is responsible for performing physical work and overseeing 3rd party vendors for some of the maintenance and operation of buildings, equipment, and grounds of the company's facility(s). They coordinate and oversee equipment maintenance and repairs, inspect the grounds, enforce safety measures, and supervise a team of maintenance and facilities personnel. They are responsible for ensuring a safe and effective work environment. This may require enforcing new policies, ensuring the proper use of equipment and reporting accidents.

**PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:**
